Helen Love and Ricardo Autobahn - And the Salvation Army Band Plays
HEY HO HO HO, LETS GO…AGAIN!
HELEN LOVE – LIMITED RED VINYL 7” 300 7” COPIES + UNLIMITED DIGITAL!
Helen Love join forces with Ricardo Autobahn and return to Damaged Goods for a Christmas single before heading back to Elefant for their new album in 2013.
Helen Love formed in Wales in 1992 and released 9 singles on DG (plus a couple of compilations) before signing to Che Records for their debut album and a few singles, in recent years they have been releasing some great albums on Spanish label Elefant.
This 7” is, in the long-standing tradition of Helen Love Xmas tracks, a bit depressing but in a fun way, especially the ‘Disco Mix’
SO, JUST WHO IS RICARDO AUTOBAHN?
Well he is a member of the legendary band The Cuban Boys, who were one of John Peel's favourite bands and had a single on DG back in 2000 with EMI as well as the top 5 hit Cognoscenti Vs. Intelligentsia or The Hamster Dance song as it’s better known.
he’s also part of Rikki And Daz who hit the top 20 with Rhinestone Cowboy, which actually featured Glen Campbell on it and in the video too.
SO, NOW YOU KNOW!
