GOOD DAY MUSIC LOVERS!

OUT TODAY! It's the brand new album by Indignation Meeting! A Model World is available physically on CD and LMS CRIMSON LAKE vinyl LP (that's red to non-train folks!) It's also available to stream or download via all the usual platforms (insert train-based gag here).

The band have a brilliant new video for 'The Trainspotting Song' which is taken from the album.

Indignation Meeting will be playing an album launch show at 3pm this Saturday at Jumbo Records in their home city of Leeds.

You can pre-order the album from the shop for priority entry.

INDIGNATION MEETING - A MODEL WORLD (LP/CD/DIGI)

Here at DGHQ we loved listening to INDIGNATION MEETING's self-released debut album Trouble In The Shed so much we eventually got in touch with them and we released it on vinyl for the first time in August to coincide with their appearance at this years Rebellion Festival in Blackpool.

They now have a second album! A Model World is out in November on CD and limited-edition LMS CRIMSON LAKE vinyl LP!

Vocalist/drummer Peter very kindly talks us through three of the (train) tracks here...

The Trainspotting Song: Now, as a train geek, I go out filming trains an awful lot, and one thing you can’t help noticing whilst out in the wilds of Staffordshire or the moors of Lancashire are a whole load of unnecessary ‘Private Land’ signs. This song is my response…

The Talyllyn Railway: The history of the Talyllyn Railway is a fascinating one that I’ve long since wanted to explore, due to its unique nature as the first railway to ever be taken over by volunteers. This is the result!

The Middleton Railway: As a volunteer at the Middleton Railway, I had felt that a song needed to be written for quite a while. However, our guitarist Michael, ended up beating me to it!

(You can find Peters description of every track on the new DG shop here)

We also have a few copies of their debut album 'Trouble In The Shed' on Great Western Green vinyl, don't delay!

Keeping on track since 1988!
