We're Having a clearout!
Damaged Goods have recently moved warehouse. As a result we've dug out a load of old white labels, test pressings, rarities and various other oddments dating right back to the early days of the label. Some of the more standard items will be listed on our online shop for general sale. Other rarer items will be listed on Ebay over the next 6 months or so. This is a great opportunity to bag yourself something ultra collectable.
There are generally only 5 to 10 test pressing copies, which for the most part end up being in the hands of the artist so there are not many copies around.
Our eBay shop can be found at http://stores.ebay.co.uk/damagedgoodsrecords/
We've listed 10 White Labels on eBay so far, another 10 next week too, this weeks include our first ever release, Slaughter & The Dogs 'Where Have All The Bootboys Gone? from 1988, Thee Headcoatees 'Davey Crockett' from 1992 and The New Bomb Turks 7" from 1994 along with stuff from The Milkshakes, Helen Love & The Snivelling Sh*ts too.
And here's some of the records we've added to the Damaged Goods/Greedbag shop, you'll find them in the WHITE LABELS section, including Johnny Moped, Thee Spivs, Cyanide Pills, Pete Molinari, TV Smith & more.
Have you had a look at the new Damaged Goods website yet, it's a work in progress but its up and running and it will let us add in all the cuttings, photos and general stuff from the DG archives over the next few years, we'll be tweeting any updates (and Facebook probably) so keep your eyes out for scans of old promo sheets, reviews, posters and anything we find really. If you spot any mistakes or anything looks weird then e-mail us on info@damagedgoods.co.uk and we'll get it fixed.
Lookout for more warehouse finds coming up soon and info on the first of 2014 new releases very soon as well
Cheers from the naughty north
