*PENETRATION*



First up is the new single from the legendary Penetration. It's called "Our World" and features two brand new tracks recorded earlier this year, plus a live version of old favourite ‘Movement’ on the download.



They reformed in 2001 after a 22 year break and have done select gigs over the last few years, this is from their first recording sessions since reforming, it’s a 7” featuring two new tracks ‘Our World’ and ‘Sea Song.’



They are currently working on their new album which will be out sometime in early 2009

WOW! What have we ‘ere then, I hear you gasp, well it's the new album from your favourite songstress Miss Ludella Black. "From This Witness Stand" is available on CD and LP.

In the meantime Hollywood got wind of Ludella and used ‘He’s Not There’ from her first album on the recent Oscar nominated film ‘Juno’

*BILLY CHILDISH & THE MUSICIANS OF THE BRITISH EMPIRE*



This is the second single taken from their latest album ‘Thatcher’s Children’ (Damgood 313) and again it’s a limited edition 7” featuring ‘He’s Making A Tape’ on the ‘A’ side with an exclusive b-side which is rather good called ‘You’re Just Jealous Of Me’.



It’s already getting loads of radio plays on Radio 2 and BBC 6 Music and was also mentioned in the 6 page feature on Billy Childish in the Sunday Times this weekend.



The cover, designed by Billy features a couple of the original tapes from an ex-boyfriend (of Julie’s) which inspired the song. To order your copy click below!
